The aim of the merger, planned for the 1st March 2016, is to create a new global leader in the field of hatchery automation and in-ovo vaccination.

The fusion of Ecat and iD Projects will:

  • Offer customers a wider range of products and services.
  • Strengthen R&D to accelerate the development of innovative products.
  • Increase production capacity to meet rapidly expanding global demand.
  • Ensure top quality installation and after-sales service through Ceva’s extensive international network.
