Ensure the management & valuation of Ceva's vaccination equipment and services (C.H.I.C.K. Program, Layers vaccination equipment and in-ovo solutions) range under the customer´s mind. Organize CEVA team activities whilst guaranteeing an excellent service level in the vaccination processes to secure customer satisfaction and to improve CEVAs image, and profitability on this segment.
Support the implementation of the commercial strategy and offers for the customers (equipment, services and technical support).
Endorse within the country the application of the services related procedures (SOPs).
Consult on the elaboration of communication tools to promote the offer and further train the Vaccination personnel in the field (brochures, internet sites, sales support, reports, etc.).
Train the Ceva sales team on the field in charge of promoting the services.
Train all the distributors technicians on fixing, repairing and equipment troubleshooting,
Accompany the sales team on Key Account and key negotiations.
Enforce the implementation of Services Contract in all customers using Ceva services and equipment.
Consolidate all the information collected at a customer level about vaccination process audits and spare parts consumption in order to provide on time and on line relevant efficiency reports to all involved (Customer and Ceva management).
Contribute in the definition and follow up of performance indicators together with the Country Management on customer satisfaction and economic performance (P&L).
Ensure valuation of the services based on regular reporting to the customer in coordination with KAM and country management (CHICK program electronic reporting)
Ensure proper installation, functioning, follow-up and regular reporting to the customer in alignment with the KAM
Ensure the optimal Installation and servicing of EGGinject with close follow-up with ECat-ID for performance and troubleshooting.
PROFILE AND SKILLS
Graduated in engineering : agronomy, mechanical, automation, production, electric or electronic, you have an experience of minimum 2 years.
You have the ability to design trials and data collection matching Ceva's strategy and interests, customers needs and circumstances & also to identify biosecurity's weaknesses and implement the Ceva's biofocus strategy in a particular areas.
Level of English & Arabic language required: Expert.
Travel needs: National & International
Long term contract.
