Ensure Ceva's industry leadership & the maximization of the penetration of Ceva's solutions through the systematic development of consistent and harmonized relationships across countries with key customers.
Achieve sales and profitability goals for selected Key Accounts and continuously update the ABP and sales dashboard for the selected KA.
Develop & preserve effective relationships with Key Account's management, administrative and decision-making stakeholders within the account.
Lead the process in building attractive comprehensive offers for Key Accounts combining Ceva products & services. Together with the Team, find creative / innovative ways to grow a sustainable business with these accounts.
Position CEVA to win new business of the account by continuously seeking opportunities for mutual growth and collaboration to achieve both CEVA's and customer's business goals. Drive optimal selling strategies that are based on valid, customer-specific value propositions and a prior market and competition analysis.
Identify, pursue and close new sales opportunities and routinely discuss and communicate opportunity plan sales strategy with other members of the team, as well as to Ceva country Management.
Align budgets and resources to Account opportunities and business potential for optimized return on investment (ROI).
Provide Ceva country Management with accurate and timely sales forecasts for direct sales to optimize proper resource planning throughout the organization. Work closely with distributors and Ceva team to compile sales forecasts including the KA needs.
Manage new product launches. To decide on the local market activities for such projects.
To help Develop the strategic plan for all Key products for the Area. Key products will be agreed with Ceva team in advance of publication. .
Manage the invitations of KA to Ceva events and seminars
PROFILE AND SKILLS
Graduated in Veterinary, Medecine or Agriculture, you have a strong experience of minimum 5 years on the field.
You are comfortable to demonstrate your knowledge and understanding of relevant industries and markets, economic trends and value drivers, threats and opportunities & demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the customer's organizational structure, value drivers, products and services, financial situations, and competitive market positions.
Level of English & Arabic language required: Expert.
Travel needs: National & International
Long term contract.
